In today’s time, the mankind is encroaching onto the environment at such a swift rate that the vivid landscapes are given away to farming, industry, tourism and other human developments. The technological advancement is hampering the environment in such a way that too little will be left for the future generations. It’s time that the masses wake up and work towards the preservation and conservation of the environment, ecosystem and wildlife before it is too late. To throw light on this very issue and its solutions, a Global Environment Conclave was organised by NewsX channel. It was an honour for Ms.Nishi Singh, director, Arts Vintaage(an initiative by NGO Sparsh) to be one of the delegates along with Mr.Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for North Eastern Development and many other environmentalists and dignitaries on the panel. Held at the Taj Diplomatic enclave, Ms.Singh indulged in thought-provoking discussions with the environmentalists on conservation & sustainability to bring about an environmental revolution in the nation.
